LOL Kerry, U need to toughen up a little. Your's just gonna have to encourage him and teach him that winning isn't everything and that doing your best is what counts, even though deep down in side you no winning is a lot more fun.

you know i'm not competitive AT ALL...and i know it's very Pollyanna of me but i don't like it when someone has to loose and i know that's how life is but it still sucks....i am not looking forward to my kid playing sports....cause with sports there's competition and with competition there's always disappointment and i'm not ready to watch him loose at anything...then I'll get droopy shoulders and "mommy why i'm not good enough" question..ahhhhhhh i'm bout to tear up just thinking about it..lol..my poor child, thank god he has his father for that stuff cause mommy would be on the floor crying with him...lol..

...lol... it can be easy 2 get caught up in all the hype and drama and mean that displays on a lot of the message forums, but everything is so so about competition now-a-days... everybody is competitive, even in the most meaningless situations... that's why they get in2 fights over non-sense...I was watching a couple of people dissing each other @ the gas station minutes ago... and it was strictly about ridiculous competition... who was going 2 get 2 the gas pump 1st... smh... it was just 2 wild LOL
...I hate competitions and I've never been in2 competiting @ all... but you yeah, I've seen people get caught up in the soaps and go way far with their emotions... cool you didn't go ballistic on Jason 4 hurting Sam...everybody wouldn't be able 2 control themself LOL

i do get the competition part... but i refuse to get so caught up in that part that i forget the fun part..then for me it's no fun anymore and i'll stop watching.. for me that's with anything on tv..man i have been a GH fan for years but when i started stressing bout Jason leaving Sam for Elizabeth when the show wasn't even on? i had to take it down a bit...lol...that's how i deal with it..i refuse to be that crazy fan outside Steve Burton's house talking bout" why you hurt Sam?"...lol...that's how i view DWTS and (for me anyway) i put it in the Entertaiment box only because then watching it stays fun... i try soooo hard ( and it ain't easy...lol..) not to take Len's comments and all the ABC board people's comments to heart cause then i'd be on that board acting silly and that would make me no better than them!!!!

I tried 2 post on here a while ago, when the show first started... glad 2 see I can post about it now (lol)
...Mario himself said that this is competition and that is what it is. I felt like this was supposed to be fun and entertaining in the beginning, but it's plain 2 see that it's competitive reality show... every competition show becomes just that in the end...it's not just entertainment and fun after a while so I can feel how Mario wanted to quit at times, but I'm glad he didn't!!! ;)...

they can pick who they want and so can we and we got Mario's back..so they can suck eggs...lol...i so dislike negative people and this is suppose to be fun so they need to just back up a bit...Mario and all the other stars are taking time otta their busy lives to do this and all they could do is slam them?...i happen to think that Mario's moves flow alot better than Jason's but yet Jason gets the score he gets..but i ain't mad at him he's doing a good job also..people need to let this be what it is..... some ppl do the funniest things. they forgot Mario is in the competition. some of them are the ppl from one of the jobs I was workin on and they said they don't vote bcuz they don't like her and I'm like well, what about Mario?? and they had gotten a little bent over those rumors, sayin she would be the cause if he doesn't win. I think some of them posted on there too.
