Were the same age, like days apart. Im the youngest in my friendship group yet I never get ID'd. EVER...People think I'm in my twenties...why??

I'm really good at blending in with the crowd until the ID comes out at the club and then the guy at the door is like damn you old, cause everyone in my group was 21 so I was like WTF, give me my ID. Shyt it was ATL and I was going to see Usher hell I could careless wat he said I was in that Bytch and for free.

Its funny because I went out yesterday with my two girlfriends, whom I've been friends with since high school, and we were talking about how young and crazy we were back then and how me still look the same give or take a few pounds...lol. She said that its funny how we still have these baby faces, but its the wisdom and maturity in our eyes and our swagga that gives our age away....lol

Girl..........I love it when people mistake me for someone in highschool, I even had a lady ask me if I was old enough to drive. Shyt I love the compliments it doesn't bother me at all and I'm 28years old. So i plan to age with grace and live it up to the fullest. So I say Enjoy It.

girl dont even worry about trying to look older.. ppl always think im way younger then my age.. cops always stop me and ask me if im playing hooky from school.. smh lol its funny to me... because when you get older you will be happy you still look young...

Wear like a nice blouse, with some fitted jeans (I suggest jeans from Nordstroms) which ever ones you can afford, and some nice heels.

Long hair tends to make you look older.

If you wear more fitted shirts, that'll do the trick, not only will you look older, but it'll command respect, but it'll make u look smart. Fitted shirts on fitted jeans, hmm, does the trick all the time. I think its a good thing that you look young, cos when u hit mid twenties, u'll be begging for the good old days back. I'm 21 going on 22, and I still get asked for I.D when going to a bar. Imagine the nonsense, I love it. I'm all for looking youthful though, not young.

I dont wear much makeup and I hardly ever wear earrings, but I like to wear my hair over my face, whether its in a bob or long, at least half of it has to be over my face. lol.

I agree with Nita..a new hairdo and some light makeup would do it..

Shoot I would never want to look older. I love the compliments I get. Most people say I look like I'm like 18 or 19 sometimes, and I'm 24..lol. But it all depends on what hair style I'm rockin'. So I'll have to go with hair. Try a more modern hairstyle, or color. If you go with a lighter color and a long hairstyle with strong bangs (straight "chinese cut" bang mid-eye length) that always seem to always do the trick. Right now I'm on my mixed blonde Beyonce' big hair, big curls look. Its seems to be age defining for me.
