They were having like a tag team day with Mario's 2 movies last week..1 channel was playing "Step up" and the other "Freedom Writers"..i was in Mario heaven...lol...

I love this film. i know its abit old now. i watched it at my friends house, i cant belive he was so gorgus in it! he didnt get enough on screen time. i agree

woOoOoOo Step up is a beast i love dat film so much i watch it like everyday jus coz its got mario in it lol, i went 2 see it at the cinima the first day it hit our cinima i loved it so i was beggin ma mum 2 buy it me wen it came out on dvd and thn she jus got tired of me beggin and gave it and lemme have it i was well haooy lol. i went 2 see it at cinima wid ma bro n everytime mario came on i was embarrasin him shoutin did ya see mario look marios there he was well embarrasted coz i started blowin kisses at the screen lol

I also seen that movie the night it came out. it was really good. mario was great!!

Imma tell it like it is

Hey i found out by mistake that this dvd has audio from the cast. I hit a button on my remote and while the movie is playing you hear the 2 lead actors of the movie talking about the movie as it's playing along with the directors. They discuss the scenes as they go and the part where Mario checks out the girl in the hall is not in the script. lol They were laughing about it like ' hey did you see Mario check that girl out?' It was funny seeing and hearing how that part of the movie was our Mario and not "Miles".

in this movie mario did his thing and im so proud of him!!! keep it up!!!

I am going to see it the next week and I can't wait. I sooo wanna see it. :)

Hey what else can I say about Rio, a spectacular singer, dancer and performer, now a talented actor! Man, he can do it all, "Step Up" is one of my favorite films of all times, I recommend everybody to see that film, the plot is just unpredictable and I like that. I hate predictable films. Mario's multi-talented, he can do it all, you got a gift man. Don't stop!!

Yeah I noticed the checking-the-girl-out thing too. I thought it was cute. He was a minor character but I was happily surprised that he atleast got in a realtionship and they gave his charcter some background. It showed some of his comedic timing sorta and when he kissed that girl. Oh MY GOD. His lips looked so full and juicy. I wanted to jump into the scene and be her for like 8 point one seconds. lol Plus it had my boo Channing Tatum in there too.

i think mario did very good in the movie...i loved him in it...

I finally heard that song "For your love" and it is really nice. I didn't even know that Mario sung on the soundtrack. See now i'm gonna have to go buy the soundtrack just to have that song. I also have his "How to i breathe" call tone and ringtone and my boyfriend rolls his eyes everytime. Calls me a pervert for likeing "that young boy with the big nose" lol My child knows all the words to "How do i breathe". What can i say , we love Mario!

I don't like going to the movies as much as I used to which is why I didn't go to see "Step Up"; but because I have a friend that knows I'm a HUGE Mario fan, she bought the "Step Up" DVD for me for a Christmas present. And let me just say that I was grinning from ear-to-ear everytime Mario popped up in a scene--lol. And I agree that his and Drew's characters' relationship should've went a lil' more in depth; I was actually hoping that they would've showed the two of them performing "For Your Love". That would've REALLY been cool!
