    This was my first election too and I must say that I am sooo grateful that the first election that I could EVER vote in, a BLACK man was a candidate. Not just a BLACK man, but a INTELLEGENT, RESPECTABLE, CONSCIOUS BLACK MAN!

    That night, my university had a BALL walking all over campus waking up other students... filling the streets with cries and chants of "YES WE CAN!!" And we did! This is something I am going to be soo PROUD to tell my children one day.

    First, I want to say that I LOVE your music and I LOVE you! You are a great artist and I can't WAIT till your next album. I've received your messages as you keep ya fans updated on what's going on with you. I have a few questions:

    1. Can you come and perform in Greensboro before I graduate college and move?

    2. Do you think that the things that you've been through with your mother influences your choice on what type of women you would date?

    3. Speaking of dating, I've heard your song "Better Man" (hence my signature), so what are you looking for in the opposite sex and what can we females do to be "better women?"

    4. What are you listening to right now?

    5. What's your plans for Valentines' Day? (since it's so close I HAD to ask-LOL)
